Nondisclosure Agreement
THIS Nondisclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this moment, by and between Youth Development and Training Ltd (the “Company”) and the user/tester of this web app, (the “Recipient”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
The Parties hereby agree as follows:

For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall mean any and all non-public information the Company has disclosed or may disclose to the Recipient, including but not limited to information related to: production of legal materials, software development and design, business or software architecture, software not yet known to the public, clients or prospective clients, internal communications, events, or meetings, or any other research, development, operations, marketing, transactions, regulatory affairs, discoveries, inventions, methods, processes, articles, materials, algorithms, formulas, specifications, designs, drawings, data, strategies, plans, prospects, know-how and ideas, whether tangible or intangible, and including all copies, analyses and other derivatives thereof.
2\. The Recipient agrees at all times (i) not to disclose any Confidential Information or any information derived therefrom to any third person, (ii) to keep the Company’s Confidential Information confidential and take all the reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of such Confidential Information with the same degree of care with which it protects the confidentiality of its own confidential information, but in no event with less than a reasonable degree of care, and (iii) not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever except to advance the legitimate business interests of the Company under written instruction of the Company’s authorized officers.
3\. All right, title, and interest in and to the Confidential Information shall remain with Company or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to grant any rights to Recipient under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of the Company.
4\. The validity, construction and enforceability of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located (or if the Company is based in more than one country, the country in which its headquarters are located). This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of the respective Parties. This Agreement shall control in the event of a conflict with any other agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The failure of either party to enforce its rights under this Agreement at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by logging in, the user/tester has acknowledged the above copyright and confidentiality notices, has agreed to all of the above terms and conditions, and has executed the above Agreement as of the date of the click.
# Privacy Policy
Our web site located at (“Website”) is owned and operated by Youth Global Network Limited (“YGN”) and its affiliates (collectively referred to as ”YGN”, “we”, “our” or “us”). You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features.
When using Google, Microsoft or other Third Party Accounts to sign into your youCodia account we use only basic information from the Third Party about your user profile: Third Party Account ID, email address, name and profile picture. Teachers may also opt in to grant youCodia additional access to Third Party Account data (e.g. Micorsoft Teams and Google Classrooms). This will involve the teacher being prompted for additional consent to access the relevant data. YGN use of information received from third parties’ (Google and Microsoft) APIs will adhere to their respective API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
**Children**
To respect the privacy of the Minors (i.e. users under 18 years old), Minors should not provide any personal Data on this Website or this Application. Parents of the Minors shall monitor their children when they use or surf on the website or application
**How we protect your personal data**\
YGN is committed to safeguarding web users’ personal information in respect of its collection, use, retention security, transfer and access. Personal data is collected by lawful and fair means and only used for lawful purposes directly related to the functions and activities of YGN. We take all reasonably practical steps to ensure that personal data collected and retained are accurate and protected against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use. We limit the use of and access to your personal data to our designated employees, authorized agents and processors who are instructed to handle your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
**Use of your personal data**\
The personal information you have provided to YGN will be treated as strictly confidential. Your personal data will be used for purposes of classroom management, receipting, communication on youth ministries, fundraising, employment recruitment and purposes in line with the mission of YGN.
Your personal data will be stored in secured internal system.

Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right of access and correction with respect to personal data. Request for personal data access and correction should be made to YGN in writing. In addition, if you do not wish to receive any communication relating to any services concerning YGN or this Website, you may contact us at any time. Please mark the request to the attention of External Affairs Unit other relevant departments.
**Registration and online donations**\

Your credit card information will be passed to a third party (such as a bank) only where necessary for the purpose of processing the donation payment.
